Free shipping nationwide (within the USA, including Puerto Rico, excluding US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau), with a minimum order of $325.

You will not be able to checkout if your order is less than $325.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $325.00 within Miami-Dade County. For orders under $325.00, we charge $6.00 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@mounirproducts.us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1800 N Bayshore Dr, CU1, Miami FL 33132, United States. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
